Brief Executive Summary
The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence conducted an investigation into the Intelligence Community's knowledge of Iraq's WMD capabilities as well as their links to terrorism. The committee reviewed pre-war intelligence material. The committee found that information regarding Iraq's WMD program vastly overstated its capabilities. Additionally, the committee found that there were few, if any, pre-war investigations conducted into Iraq's ties to terrorists.
